SAUL MEJIA

Saul Mejia, is an American Executive Producer, Producer, and stage actor.

He was raised in both Mexico and in the United States, but most of his life grew up in the Community of Panorama City, California, 91402 in the City of Los Angeles. He is fluent in Spanish, and in English. He also speaks some French. He is the son of Francisco E. Mejia, a painter, and Elena Peña a famed cosmetologist.

He is the youngest of 6 brothers and 1 sister.

As a child, Mr. Mejia played multiple roles in plays at the Church he attended and in Elementary School.


He attended and graduated (1995) from James Monroe High School (North Hills CA.) where he took a drama class with Ms. Amanda Swann where he often played in several plays and filmed some commercials.


During the '90s Mr. Mejia worked at a Hollywood Video Store in Sherman Oaks CA. as an "Assistant Director" where he had the opportunity to meet several celebrities that worked in the film industry and that helped build up his interest in the film industry.


Mr. Mejia began his career in film in 2011 when he met film student Alejandro Ruiz from Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood, California. That same year Mr. Mejia worked as a Producer for a short film called "Panorama City" Directed by Mr. Ruiz.

Mr. Mejia's 1st commercial was a TV commercial called "Candlelight Beauty Salon" (2012) Directed by Elaine Lopez and featured pop singer Luis Camacho, Mr. Mejia was the producer for this commercial.

Mr. Mejia's 1st music video was "Endless Summer" (2015) by the band Solaz, this music video was directed by Leonardo De Leon and Eddie Nava, Mr. Mejia was a producer on this music video.

He has worked on independent films such as 38th is next week", "Creative Suspects", "Cinematográfic Repertoire Co.", "El Ultimo Psiquico", "Moon of the blood beast", "Direct to video", "Apex Predators", In3Dragon", "Tales for The Campfire 3", The Beast Beneath", "Rattlers 2", "In3Dragon","Arachnado", "Amityville in the Hood". and recently "The Woman In The Room"

His first Red carpet appearance was at the Premier of "Man of the Year" in 2006 next to actors Robin Williams and Christopher Walken. Since then Mr. Mejia attended the premiers of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen (2009), Garbage (2012), The Campaign (2012), Batman V Superman (2016) Eternal Code (2019) Agramon's Gate (2019), and others.

In 1999 Mr. Was recognized at the Hollywood Entertainment Awards for his 1st year working as an Assistant Director. In 2013 Mr. Mejia was nominated as the best producer at the "48 Hrs Film Festival". In 2019 Mr. Mejia was recognized at the LAMFA Film Festival Awards and also was a presenter. In 2019 he was awarded the F.A.M.E. Award for outstanding international motion picture  for "In3Dragon" at the producers choice honors.
